Dutch students using an integrated water model for Living Lab in Cape Town

Two third year Water Management students from the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences have done an internship at the Future Water Institute (FWI), a transdisciplinary research institute addressing issues of water scarcity in South Africa largely through water sensitive design situated in the University of Cape Town.
Start of Living Labs

Three final year Bachelor’s students from the Technical University, Delft in The Netherlands joined the Institute for Water and Wastewater Technology (IWWT), Durban University of Technology (DUT) in September 2019 to undertake their research work as a part of OKP’s living lab program.
Two new Young Experts added to project team

Londiwe Dlamini and Sjoske Tuinstra have joined the project team of Bridging the Water. Londiwe and Sjokse are participants of the Young Expert Programme (YEP). The YEP Programmes are carried out jointly by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Netherlands Water Partnership (NWP), the Food & Business Knowledge Platform and the Netherlands Enterprise Agency.
